🏃♂️ Event Overview
- Location: We will meet ideally at Washington-Liberty high school track.
- Notification: I will notify everyone of the location no later than Sunday afternoon before a Monday session.
- Alternative Locations: If the W-L track is unavailable, we will shift to Oak Grove Park or Yorktown High School Track (Greenbrier Park).
🏅 Program Details
- Practice Sessions: There will be four practice sessions (drills, laps, practice races, etc.) and one final race day.
- Completion Rewards: All kids who finish the program will receive a medal, certificate, and water bottle.

📅 Schedule
Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm. The sessions are on March 5th, March 12th, March 19th, March 26th, and April 2nd (race day).
🏋️♀️ Session Components
- Activities: Each session may include proper warm-up technique, basic strength moves, running drills, form work, sprint repeats, endurance laps, and/or practice races.
- Participation: I'm not setting any age restrictions.
- Expectations: Please make sure your child/children know(s) this will be work, not just play!
