Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday, is just around the bend, signaling it's time to revel in the carnival festivities. Don your most dazzling Louisiana attire, complete with beads and bling—it’s a Mardi Gras thing! Come along for the Rahr & Sons Running Club's social run or walk, decked out in your festive best. After those joyful miles, we’ll keep the party hopping with brews and breakfast, Rahrdi Gras style!
And remember - The monthly Rahr & Sons Running Club social run/walk is your training for the annual and "official" Rahr & Sons Oktoberfest 5K. Think of it as a social stroll or sprint that primes you for the main event, where running meets revelry!
🎟️ Social Run Registration & Ticket Pricing
- Price: Purchase tickets for $30 online.
- Inclusions: 3ish mile, self-guided run/walk (untimed) with bottled water at the start/finish, three (3) free draft brew samples (must be 21+), custom pint glass and hot breakfast!!
🕗 Social Run Schedule
- Check-in: Opens at 8:00am
- Group Start: 8:30am (run with the group and awesome beer pacers!)
- Breakfast: Available via Holy Frijole food truck at 9:30am and post social run fun in the brewery
- Games/Raffle: 10:30am with chances to score some fun stuff
- Last Call: 11:00am
- Event End: 11:30am, social run/walk ends and brewery closes
📝 Social Run/Walk Notes & Tips
- Paces: All levels and paces are welcome. This event is untimed & always an awesome time! We are always rain or shine!
- Registration: We are cashless and paperless: all registrations are done online.
- Dogs: Allowed at Rahr Brewing, must have tags, be on a leash, and are only allowed in outside communal areas.
- Kids: In strollers are always welcome and are always free.
