The Half Marathon Training Program is free for current members of the Waco Striders Running Club.

📅 Training Schedule

• Frequency: 3 organized group runs each week.
• Days: Group runs occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
• Distance: Set distances of 3 miles on Mondays and 4 miles on Wednesdays.
• Variation: Saturday run distances vary and increase to prepare you for your target race.

🎯 Target Race

The target race for this program is the Bearathon Half Marathon on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
