Join your fellow pilgrims on Thanksgiving Day morning for a one mile fun run and a 5K run/walk in downtown Waco! We have even added a last minute "Side Dish" option for your last minute, more reluctant buddy that doesn't want to pay full price (and maybe doesn't want to get off the couch??)

• Wednesday, November 27, 2024: Packet Pick Up 4:00 - 7:00 pm at SlowRise on the Brazos, 1620 Martin Luther King Blvd. Location Map
• Thursday, November 28, 2024: Indian Spring Park, Waco Suspension Bridge, 101 N. University Parks, Waco, Texas 76701
• 6:30 am - 8:15 am: Packet Pick Up
• 8:00 am: One Mile Fun Run/Walk
• 8:30 am: 5K Timed Run/Walk - USATF certified course: Course Certification
• 9:15 am: Pie Eating Contest
• 9:30 am: Awards Ceremony

🏆 Race Details

• Fun Run: The 1K is a fun run so just that... FUN!
• 5K Timing: The 5K is a professionally timed event with awards for overall male and female, masters male and female, as well as age group awards!
• Special Award: Award for the best Thanksgiving related costume!
• Shirt Registration: Shirts are ordered on November 15th: you must be registered by then to be guaranteed your shirt and size.

💵 Registration Information

• Race Day Registration: Available but comes with an "inconvenience fee". Save $5 by registering prior to race day.
• Finisher Medals: Available for the first 1000 registrants: if those people do not show up on race day, medals will be distributed based on registration date.
