Join us on March 16th at 3pm for the 6th Annual Lucky Leprechaun 5K Run/Walk in Locust Town Center in Locust, NC. A fast & flat-ish course through the Locust Town Center & surrounding neighborhood!

Flow Yoga Locust will be teaching a complimentary yoga class from 2-2:30pm to help get your muscles ready for the 5K! Bring a mat, otherwise we’ll have one if you need it! Meet near the awards table across from the Brew Room!
