🏃♂️ Race Overview
Love and running is in the air! The Crush Rush 5K will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, along The Woodlands Waterway beginning at 5 p.m. Crush Rush 5K is produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department and is a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event.
- Course Details: The chip-timed 5K course will incorporate the full length of the Waterway, providing a scenic route.
- Friendly Competition: Enjoyable atmosphere fostering friendly competition.
- Inclusivity: The 5K race is open to runners of all abilities, recommended for ages 10 and older.
- Themed Attire: Runners are encouraged to dress in their best Valentine's Day themed attire!
🎖️ Awards and Recognition
There will not be an Awards Ceremony, but awards will be distributed onsite. A photo area will be available for participants.
💵 Registration Information
- Registration Fee: $35 includes finisher medal and participant packet.
- Shirt Purchase: A participant shirt is not included but can be purchased for an additional $15. Limited availability!
- Race Day Purchases: Shirts may be available for $20 on Race Day if inventory permits.
- Strollers Policy: Strollers are not permitted on the course per USATF sanction requirements!
📅 Event Details and Schedule
💰 Refund Policy
100 percent of your entry fee will be refunded until January 24, 2025. Refunds will not include Active.com processing fee. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks for processing. Please email the department to request a refund.
🔄 Transfer Policy
Entry fees are nontransferable from year to year. Transfers must be completed by the deadline by logging into your Active website account and selecting "My Events." All transfers must be completed by January 24, 2025. If you need assistance with transfers, please email the department.
🌦️ Weather Cancellations
We have a "no refund policy" in regards to weather cancellations of any kind as well as changes to the race after registration. Unforeseen changes can occur at any time due to safety concerns that arise after the race has been planned.
