ZFT Run Club Run-Walk-Crawl 7 Year Anniversary 5K & Celebration

🎉 Event Overview

Juneteenth weekend, ZFT Run Club will be celebrating 7 years by hosting our annual Run-Walk-Crawl Anniversary 5K & Celebration. We are extending the invitation for all runners, joggers, walkers and crawlers in the city of Houston and surrounding areas to come out and help us celebrate this milestone!

🗓️ Before The Run

• Welcome Participants: We are utilizing this time to welcome our participants and prepare for the run.
• Apparel Packets: We are encouraging participants to pick-up apparel packets and test out a new pair of running shoes from our running shoe partners.
• Group Stretch: There will be a pre-run group stretch for all participants to take part in.
• Start Line: Then we will head to the start line to get ready to kick off our annual Run-Walk-Crawl 7 Year Anniversary 5K!

🏃 How Far/Fast Is The Run?

• Distance: Our Run-Walk-Crawl 7 Year Anniversary 5K will be 3.1 miles in distance.
• Fun Run: This is a "fun run" so we encourage you to run your own race, at your own pace.
• Pacers: We will have pacers guiding participants through the course to ensure everyone knows where to go.
• Finishers Medal: Those who registered in a timely fashion will receive their finishers medal once they cross the finish line!

🎊 After The Run

• Variety of Vendors: We will have a variety of food, apparel and recovery partners/vendors on-site to help turn our post run experience into a celebration you don’t want to miss!
• Giveaways: There will be giveaways and raffles provided by ZFT Run Club and our participating partners/vendors.
• Music: We will also have a DJ on-site playing all latest and greatest hits to keep the party going.
• Festivities: Make sure you stick around after the run and enjoy the festivities!

👚 Registration & Itinerary

Each apparel registration will come with a ZFT 7 Year Anniversary 5K Tank Top, Finishers Medal and Wristband, but there are a limited number of Finishers Medals that will be available. Make sure you register ASAP, to ensure you get yours before they sell out!

• 7:40am - Packet Pick Up Close
• 7:45am - Group Warm-Up
• 8:00am - 5K Run/Walk Start
• 8:30am - Post Run/Walk Celebration
• 11:00am - End Of Event
