- 5K Participants: Receive a chip timed race bib, event shirt*, finisher medal and glow kit.
- 1 Mile Participants: Receive a race bib, finisher medal and glow kit.

- Thursday, January 30: 12–3 p.m. at the Shuffleboard Club
- Friday, January 31: 4 – 7 p.m. at the Shuffleboard Club

- Event Day Pick Up: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Vinoy Park.

- Family-friendly festivities begin at 5:00 p.m.
- Day of packet pickup and registration from 5 - 6 p.m.
- 5K Race begins at 6:30 p.m.
- 1-mile walk begins at 6:50 p.m.
- Awards Ceremony begins at 7:30 p.m.
- Festivities end at 8:00 p.m.
