Apple Valley Reverse Triathlon & 5K -2025

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Location: The Apple Valley Reverse Triathlon will be held at the beautiful Civic Center Park, and Aquatic Center.
• Format: The Reverse Triathlon will start with a 5k run, transition into a 12 mile road course, and finish with a 150 yd pool swim. (E Bikes are not allowed)
• Kids Triathlon: The Apple Valley kids triathlon will consist of a 1k run, 1 mile bike ride, and a 50 yard swim.
• 5K Event: The event will also include a stand-alone 5K for those runners at heart.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

• Chip Timing: All events are chip timed, and athletes will receive a T-Shirt and Finisher Medal.
• Award Ceremony: Awards start time is 9:30 am.
• Medals: Top 3 overall male/female and top 3 in each division for Triathlon event, and top 3 male/female in 5K event.
• Participation Awards: Kids triathlon participants will receive a medal and T-shirt, designed purely for the enjoyment of kids aged 5-11 years old.

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Friday Packet Pick Up: 9/26/2025 - 3 - 6 pm
• Race Day Registration/Packet Pick Up: Opens at 5:30 am
• Registration Closure: Race Day registration closes at 6 am
• Start Times: Triathlon/5k starts at 7:00 am: Kids Tri Check in at 7:30 am: Kids Tri starts at 9:00 am.

🚗 Parking Information

• Parking Locations: Athletes can park in the Town Hall Parking Lot off Dale Evans Parkway/Westlund Way.
• Alternative Parking: Super Target shopping center is also available for parking.
