Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Lucky 7's Race!

Join us for a Sioux Falls St. Patrick’s Day tradition! Lucky 7's offers three unique races—5 Mile, 5K, and 1 Mile—plus South Dakota’s favorite People’s Parade. Bring the whole family for a spirited day of running and celebration!

📅 Race Details

• 5 Mile and 5K Races: Both start and finish at Fawick Park near 605 Running Company.
• 1 Mile Race: Begins in front of the federal courthouse building and follows Phillips Avenue north to the rail bridge into Lower Falls Park.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 5 Mile: 9:00 AM
• 5K: 11:30 AM
• 1 Mile: 1:50 PM

🏢 Race Day Headquarters

This year, race day headquarters will be located at The Cookie Jar Eatery (101 S Reid Street in the CNA Building). All participants will receive a voucher in their packets for a snack box from The Cookie Jar Eatery. Additionally, we will have a recovery zone with foam rollers and yoga mats for runners to utilize in-between events. The Cookie Jar will be serving up excellent coffee, breakfast, and lunch specials all day, making it the perfect location to spend some time out of the elements on race day. With excellent parking available and just a short walk from Fawick Park, take advantage of this convenient and welcoming space!

🎁 Perks for Runners

• Participation Button: All registered runners will receive a button for the People’s Parade in their race packets, supporting the St. Francis House.
• Footwear Partner: Brooks Running is the official footwear partner of Lucky 7's.
• Presenting Partner: First National Bank in Sioux Falls is our presenting partner.
• Finisher Medal: All Shamrock Shuffle Participants (those that run all three events) will receive a finisher medal!

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be held at 605 Running Company (225 E. 11th Street) on Friday, March 14, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. A limited race-day pickup will also be available at race headquarters in The Cookie Jar Eatery from 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM, but we encourage early pickup to avoid the rush.
