Kick off your race weekend with a light 3-mile shakeout run hosted by Empower U, our presenting sponsor!

• Check-In: Begins at 8:00 AM
• Location: Details shared upon registration
• Highlights: Led by Kaitlyn McNamara, Performance Physical Therapist and Endurance Specialist

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at 605 Running Company, 225 E 11th Street #110, Sioux Falls, SD

• Packet pickup: For all events
• Meet our pacers: Ask questions about the race

🦸‍♂️ Bryan Boys for Hope: Zippy Mile

5:00 PM Start: Near Cherry Rock Park (west side of the river across the walk bridge)

• Event type: One-mile fun run/walk
• Costume contest: For participants of all ages
• Purpose: A great cause and a great way to be part of the action!

Sunday, May 18 – Start at Family Park, Finish at Fawick Park

• Start Time: 7:00 AM Start
• Logistics: Important race day details will be provided

🚍 Transportation and Logistics

• Shuttle Service: Mandatory shuttle service from Fawick Park to the start line
• Packet Pickup: Available before bus boarding on race morning
• Parking: Free parking in Sioux Falls parking ramps on weekends
