- No Race Day Sign Up: Registration must be completed before race day.
- Refunds or Deferrals: We will not be able to offer refunds or deferrals. Weather can be an issue in January and we may need to reschedule for safety.
- Packet Pick Up:
- Early pick up: January 10th, 5-7 pm, Gotta Run Spartanburg.
- Race day pick up: January 11th, 7:00 am - 8:15 am at Cowpens Battlefield Office parking lot.
- Shirt Availability: Shirts are not guaranteed after December 25th.

Awards will be given to:
- Top 3 Overall: open, masters, grandmasters
- Age Group Awards: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
