At the close of the Battle of Cowpens in 1781, two American officers—confident in victory—raced for the ultimate prize, a British three-pounder cannon, called the “Grasshopper”.

- Early Packet: February 7th, 5pm-7pm at Gotta Run Spartanburg
- Race Day Packet: February 8th, 7:00am-8:15am at Cowpens Battlefield Office parking lot

- Entry: Race is limited to 200 entries and is currently closed.
- Sign Up: No Race Day Sign Up.
- Refunds: We will not be able to offer refunds or deferrals - Weather can be an issue in January some years we have to reschedule for safety.
🏆 Awards
Awards will be presented for the top 3 Overall: open, masters, grandmasters.
