🏃♂️ Race Description
The Broad River Trail Run offers an exciting opportunity for runners of all levels to enjoy the beautiful scenery while participating in a community event.
⏰ Start Times
- 10 Mile: Starts at 9 am. Chips timing - You may start anytime after you pick up your chip.
- 5K: Will begin at 9 am. Chip timing - You may begin as soon as you pick up your chip.
🏞️ Course Description
- 10 Mile Course: Heads west along the River Trail, right on Wild Turkey Trail, left on Flint Hill, right on College Farm, cross the creek and left on Running Cedar.
- Finishing Route: Follow the gravel road back to the gate, left on the Sandy Run Trail, right on Chestnut Oak, cross the gravel road and back on the Running Cedar Trail.
- Return Leg: Right on College Farm, cross the creek, cross the power line, right on Flint Hill, right on Nicholsonville to the campground.
- Finish Line: Follow the River Trail back, and finish at the playground.
🎟️ Packet Pick-Up
- Date: October 10, 2025, Friday.
- Time: 3-7 pm.
- Location: Ranger Station, 126 Broad River Road, Shelby, NC.
- Option: Packet pick-up is also available on the day of the event.
