TCTC's Winter Seminar is an annual event that features a keynote runner-focused speaker in a social setting. The event has been held every year since 1988 and has featured such notables as: Keira D'Amato, Des Linden, Dave McGillivray, Bill Rodgers, Zola Budd, Bart Yasso, and Jeff Galloway, to name a few.

- Kickoff: TCTC Winter Seminar weekend will kick off with a dynamic lineup of events starting on Saturday morning.
- Meet & Greet: A social meet & greet event for all attendees.
- Community Run: Participate in the community fun run & walk with 1M, 5K, and 7M options.
- Refreshments: Enjoy refreshments throughout the weekend.
📚 Evening Session
- Book Sale: Join us for a book sale and signing session on Saturday evening.
- Guest Speaker: An empowering speech and Q & A session with our guest speaker.
- Proceeds: Proceeds from the run will benefit Western NC Relief efforts from Hurricane Helene!
🧘♀️ Sunday Schedule
- Yoga Session: Wrap up the weekend with a rejuvenating free yoga session.
- Community Engagement: Events designed to inspire and encourage active engagement from our community!
