- 10:00 AM: Registration Opens at MidPointe (Santa's Lane set up, Santa Shoebox Drop off)
- 10:30 AM: Pet Parade
- 10:30 AM: Santa's Lane vendors open (10:30 - 3:00)
- 10:55 AM: Pearl Harbor Moment of Silence

- 11:00 AM: Santa Trot begins!
- 11:20 AM: Lakota Ridge and Plains Choral Performances
- 11:30 AM: Children's Activities at MidPointe Library (11:30 - 2:30)
- 11:45 AM: Little Elf Run
🍕 Food and Entertainment
- Noon: Food Trucks Open (Noon - 3:00 PM)
- Noon: Beer and spirit booths open (Noon - 3:00 PM)
- Noon: NAKED KARATE GIRLS (Noon - 3:00 PM)
- 1:30 PM: Naked Karate Girls Intermission
