💡 Race Purpose

• Support: The Queen City 5K helps provide support for kids here in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
• Funding: Last year marked our 7th 5K fundraiser race, which is the beginning of another financial stream to better our kids for the future.
• Programs: Our sponsors, partners, walkers, and runners will help provide programs, resources, and scholarships for our grade school kids up to our seniors on their way to college.

🛤️ Course

• Start: The course starts near Paul Brown Stadium.
• Route: Continues down the river, along Smale Park, passing Great American Ball Park and Heritage Bank Arena.

🎓 Benefit

• Funding: Raising money for the foundation to assist, aid, provide scholarships, and programming for our Queen City Foundation kids.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Top Male and Female Runners, Top Male and Female Walkers.
• Age Groups: Age Group awards to first place in each division.

📅 Awards Ceremony

• When: Awards presented immediately following the race/walk.

🎉 Partnership with Vibe Cincinnati

• Event: The 5k will be a part of Vibe Cincinnati's Music Fest Weekend.
• Location: Race downtown so that all new out-of-town runners can walk to the race.
• Entertainment: There will be entertainment during and after the race.

⌚ Chip Timing

• Technology: This year's race will be accurately "chip timed" using MyLaps Bib Tag technology.
• Chips: No need to return chips after the race.

💵 Registration Fees

• Early Registration: $25 - May 5th, 2025 cut off.
• After May 5: $40.
• Same Day Registration: $45.

🆕 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, July 25, 2025.
• Location: Fleet Feet Oakley 10am - 6pm, 3235 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45209.
• Discount: 20% off apparel for race participants during packet pick-up.

🕒 Race-Day Check-in

• Check-in Time: Starts 1hr before race start time at the venue.
