Race Overview
- Purpose: The Queen City 5K helps provide support for kids in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
- Significance: Last year marked our 10th 5K fundraiser race, beginning another financial stream for our kids' futures.
- Community Involvement: Our sponsors, partners, walkers, and runners provide essential programs, resources, and scholarships.
- Excitement: We are excited to bring this race to our weekend!
Course Details
- Start Point: The race starts near Paul Brown Stadium.
- Route: The course continues down the river, along Smale Park, passing Great American Ball Park and Heritage Bank Arena.
- Chip Timing: This year's race will be accurately chip timed using MyLaps Bib Tag technology.
- Awards Ceremony: Awards presented immediately following the race/walk.
Benefits
- Foundation Support: Raising money for assistance, scholarships, and programming for our Queen City Foundation kids.
- Entertainment: The race will be part of Vibe Cincinnati's Music Fest Weekend with entertainment during and after the race.
- Community Gathering: Aimed at creating a fun mixer full of entertainment and fitness.
- Awareness: We intend to provide an educational bridge for the futures of our participants.
Registration Information
- Early Bird Registration: $15 until March 31st.
- Regular Registration: April 1 - May 3 - $25. May 4 until race day - $35: Race Day Registration - $40.
- T-shirts: Available for an additional $10.
- Packet Pick-Up: Early packet pick-up is on July 24th, 2026, at Fleet Feet Oakley from 10 am - 6 pm.
Run & Walk Divisions
- Run Divisions: Men & Women: 18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
- Walk Divisions: Men & Women 29/under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
- Participation Note: If you intend to run any part of the course, sign up as a runner.
- Awards: Top Male and Female Runners, Top Male and Female Walkers, and Age Group awards for first place in each division.
