Description

• Purpose: The Queen City 5K helps provide support for kids here in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
• Milestone: Last year marked our 10th 5K fundraiser race.
• Goal: We are excited to bring this race to our weekend!
• Supporters: Our sponsors, partners, walkers and runners help provide programs, resources, and scholarships.

Course

• Starting Point: The course starts near Paul Brown Stadium.
• Route: Continues down the river, along Smale Park.
• Landmarks: Passes Great American Ball Park and Heritage Bank Arena.

Benefit

• Fundraising: Raising money for the foundation.
• Assistance: Provides aide, scholarships, and programming for our Queen City Foundation kids.

Divisions

• Run Divisions: Men & Women: 18 and under to 80+.
• Walk Divisions: Men & Women 29/under to 80+.
• Note: If you intend to run any part of the course, sign up as a runner.

Awards

• Top Awards: Top Male and Female Runners and Walkers.
• Age Group: Awards to first place in each division.
• Ceremony: Awards presented immediately following the race/walk.

Partnership with Vibe Cincinnati

• Event: Part of Vibe Cincinnati's Music Fest Weekend.
• Location: Race downtown for convenience.
• Entertainment: There will be entertainment during and after the race.
• Objective: A great mixer of fun, entertainment, and fitness.

Chip Timing

• Technology: Chip timed using MyLaps Bib Tag technology.
• No Return: No need to return chips after the race.

Registration Fees

• Early Bird: $15 until March 31st!
• Early Registration: $25 from April 1 - May 3.
• Regular Registration: $35 from May 4 until race day.
• Race Day Registration: $40, starting at 12:01 AM day of race.

T-shirts

• Availability: Race T-shirts can be added for $10.
• Inclusion: All races include Chip Timing.

Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, July 24th 2026.
• Location: Fleet Feet Oakley, 10am - 6pm.
• Incentive: 20% off apparel for race participants during packet pick-up.

Race-Day Check-in

• Start Time: Check-in starts 1 hour before race start time.
• Email Confirmation: All entries with valid emails will receive confirmation.
