🥳 10 Year Anniversary!

• Celebrate: Celebrate the BIGGEST DAY IN SPORTS with us and support YOUR favorite football team.
• Event Features: The Big Game 4 Miler will feature a 4 mile run and also a 100 yard kids dash.
• Course Details: The course will start and finish outside the East gate of the Panther's Stadium on Mint St.
• Costume Contest: Participants will be encouraged to dress up and support their favorite football team.

🕑 Race Start Times

• Location: The official start area is in front of the East gate of the stadium on S. Mint St.
• Date: Sunday, February 11, 2024
• 4 Mile Start: 9:00 AM
• Kid’s Dash: 10:30 AM

📝 Registration Deadlines

• Open Date: Online registration officially opens the day after the Big Game for the following year.
• Price Increases: The first price increase is the first day of the playoffs and the final price increase is on race day.
• Closing Date: Online registration will close at midnight on February 11th.
• Race Day Registration: Registration will open at 7:45 am and close at 8:45 am on race day.

🎁 What do I get for participating?

• Performance Shirt: All 4 miler participants will receive a performance shirt.
• Mini-footballs: Kids in the 100 yard dash will receive a mini-football.
• Custom Bibs: Receive custom team color bibs (must register before January 25th).
• Finisher Medals: All 4 mile participants receive finisher medals.

🏃‍♀️ Packet Pick Up

• Recommendations: We HIGHLY SUGGEST picking up your packet on Saturday.
• Date: Saturday, February 10th, 2024: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Location: Run For Your Life – Midtown, 901 South Kings Dr., Charlotte, NC 28204.
• Race Day: Packet pick up on Sunday, February 11th, 2024: 8:15 AM outside the stadium.

👕 T-Shirts

• Long Sleeve Shirt: Every participant will receive a long sleeve soft-style performance shirt if they signed up before January 25th.
• Size Order: Shirts are ordered based on sizes indicated during online registration.
• No Exceptions: NO SWITCHING SIZES – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Post-Race Size Swap: You may switch sizes AFTER the race at the registration tent if we have leftover shirts.

⏳ Timing

• Timing Partner: We have partnered with Start 2 Finish to time this years event.
• Awards: Awards are for 4 Milers ONLY: no age group awards for the 100 yard dash.
• Divisions: Overall, Masters, 12 and under, 13-18, and more.
• Claiming Awards: Runners will claim their awards at the ceremony prior to the last participant finishing.

🥇 Finish Expo

• Vendors: The finish area will have vendors and sponsors promoting and giving away fun stuff.

🌐 Virtual Runners

• Registration Deadline: Must be registered by February 6th to get swag shipped.
• Switching: Can switch to a virtual by logging into your RunSignUp account until February 10th.
• Packet Pick Up: Virtual Runners must pick up packets on Saturday.
• Result Posting: Virtual Runners can post results HERE.

💰 Refunds and Transfers

• Registration Fees: Non-refundable.
• Transfer Policy: Event registrations are non-transferable between individuals, events, or years.

🏃 Course Information

• Course Details: Find the course map here.
• Time Limit: There is a 1 hour 15 minute time limit to cover the 4 mile course.

🚑 Medical Support

• Medical Tent: Located at the finish line in case of emergency or any minor medical needs.
• Emergency Calls: Life threatening problems should call 911.

🌦️ Weather Policy

• Event Status: Races are held, rain or shine, unless deemed too dangerous.
• No Refunds: If canceled due to weather, there will be neither refunds nor transfers.

🚗 Parking

• Available Spaces: More than 30,000 parking spaces within a 10-15 minute walk of the stadium.
• Location: Bank of America Stadium offers parking for non-Panthers events.
• Handicap Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles displaying a handicap placard.
