🏃♂️ Important Registration Note
- Registration Requirement: There will be NO DAY OF REGISTRATION this year. You must pre-register online before Wednesday, November 27th @ 11:59 pm.
🎉 Join Us for Thanksgiving
- Event: Join the Mid Hudson Road Runner's Club at the annual family-friendly tradition on Thanksgiving Day at Arlington High School.
🏅 Races Offered
- 1 Mile Run/Walk: Kids 12 and under only please: free with pre-registration at 8:45 am.
- 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Starts at 9:30 am.
- 5 Mile Run/Walk: Joe Maggi 5 Mile Run starts at 9:15 am.
- 25K Race: Bob Rother Memorial 25K at 8:30 am with a 3:30 hour time limit. Course support will end at Noon or whenever the last finisher is done, whichever occurs first.
💵 Pricing Information
- Price Increase: PRICE INCREASE ON ALL RACES (except Kids 1 Mile) ON NOVEMBER 15th.
- Member Discount: Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club Members receive $5 off if pre-registered.
❌ Refunds and Transfers
- Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including weather.
- Transfer Policy: Bib transfers will not be allowed. All race participants must have a bib.
- Disqualification: Selling your entry or running under someone else's entry will result in disqualification.
- Race Switching: Switching between races is allowed, but participants must pay any cost differences.
🚫 Restrictions
- Prohibited Items: We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, roller blades, baby strollers, and dogs.
- Headphone Use: The use of headphones is strongly discouraged.

📧 Pre-Race Communication
- Email Registration: Register with a valid email that you check or you will miss important communications.
- Social Media: Follow "MHRRC / Dutchess County Classic" on Facebook.
🏆 Awards
- Kids Awards: All kids will receive a ribbon upon completing their race.
- Age Group Awards: Overall and age group awards for various categories in the 5 Mile and 25K.
- Top Finishers: Top 3 Male/Female for the 25K will be awarded.
📍 Bib Pickup Information
- Thanksgiving Morning: Pick your bib up at Arlington High School (time TBD).
- Monday, November 25th: Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie from 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
- Tuesday, November 26th: Angels of Light from 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
- Wednesday, November 27th: Empire Performance PT Wappingers Location from 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
