October 20, Get Fit Families will host our annual USA Track and Field Cross Country Race. All ages welcome!
🕖 Schedule
- Registration: 7:30 AM
- Walk through: 8:30 AM
- Race Start: 9:30 AM and the next race will start at the conclusion of the previous race.
👨👧👦 Participation Details
- Open to All: All are welcome to race
- Age Group 8 and Under: 2K or 1.2 miles
- Age Group 9-10: 3K or 1.86 miles
- Age Group 11-12: 3K or 1.86 miles
🏅 Distance Categories
- Age Group 13-14: 4K or 2.4 miles
- Age Group 15 and Older: 5K or 3.1 miles
