The Milk Run 5K, fueled by TG Lee Dairy, in the Milk District

🏃‍♂️ The Milk Run 5K Overview

The Milk Run 5K at TG Lee Dairy’s Milk District is on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Gather your friends and family and run, jog or “moooove” through the Milk District. Participants will run through historic streets of downtown Orlando while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Milk District.

• 100 Years of Dairy: Celebrating 1925-2025.
• Post-Race Fun: Community Milk Run and after party.
• Kid’s Event: Featuring a Kid’s Half-Pint Fun Run for participants ages 7 and under.
• Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit the Central Florida Chapter Second Harvest Food Bank. Learn more!

⏰ Race Morning Timeline

• 6:00 AM: Parking lot opens.
• 6:15 AM: Registration and Packet Pickup opens at Festival Park.
• 7:30 AM: Start of the 5K (walkers start behind runners).
• 8:45 AM: Kid's Half-Pint Fun Run will start.

• Inaugural Event: Be part of the Milk Run powered by TG Lee Dairy.
• Finisher Medal: Fun MILK themed finisher's medal.
• T-Shirts: The Milk Run Race T-shirt for all participants.
• Freebies: Free TG Lee Dairy Milk and Mayfield Ice Cream.

👕 Race T-Shirts

All participants who register will receive a soft cotton unisex t-shirt. Please register by Saturday, April 19th to guarantee availability of the correct t-shirt size. Expect the race to sell out fast.

🏅 Finisher Medals

All PAID participants will receive a custom Milk themed finisher medal. The race will be capped at 600 participants.

🏆 The Milk Run Awards

Awards will go to the top 3 overall Male and Female finishers, the top overall Master, and the top 3 in age groups. The age groups include 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

🌦️ Weather Policy

Races will be held rain or shine. Severe weather may delay or cancel the race. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

⚠️ Safety Rules

To ensure safety, bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, baby carriers, and dogs are prohibited on the racecourse. Jogging strollers are allowed but must start at the back.

💲 Registration Fees

5K registration fees:

• $35: through 4/12/25.
• $40: 4/13/25 – 5/2/25 (closes at 6 PM).
• $45: On race day (if not sold out).

Kid’s Half-Pint FUN RUN registration fees:

• $15: through 4/12/25.
• $20: 4/13/25 – 5/2/25 (closes at 6 PM).
• $25: On race day (if not sold out).

🛒 Race Day Registration

$45.00 per 5k registration. $25.00 per Kid’s Half-Pint Fun Run (credit card payments only).

👶 Strollers

Strollers are allowed. Participants with strollers must line up behind runners and walkers at the start line. Only paid registrants will receive a finisher medal.

👧 Kid’s Fun Run

After the 5K event, a Kid’s Half-Pint Fun Run will be hosted! Distances will vary between ages.

📦 Race Packet Pickup

Early packet pickup will take place with more information coming soon! You can also pick up on race day after 6:15 AM.
