📝 Registration Options

• Online Only: No Race Day Registration Available!
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park - Start Line 'Hay Barn' Ramada.

⏰ Race Day Schedule of Events

• 7:00 am: Packet Pickup Opens
• 8:00 am: Race Announcements
• 8:30 am: 5K Starts
• 9:30 am: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Starts

💰 Fundraising

• Minimum Fundraising: If you fundraise at least $250, we will refund $25 of your race entry fee.

🏆 Awards

• First Place: Overall Male and Female in the 5K will receive a FREE future race entry.
• 5K Awards: Male and Female Awards for Top Male/Female Overall.
• Team Awards: Largest Team and Most Funds Raised.

🐾 Pets at the Race

Pets are welcome to participate. All pets must be on a leash. Please clean up after your pet. The actions of the pet are the responsibility of the pet owner/caretaker.

👶 Strollers at the Race

We allow strollers at the event. If you are participating with a stroller and/or children, we ask that you keep your children with you at all times. For the child's safety, we ask that during the 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, the child stays in the stroller until crossing the finish line.

🚫 Bandit Policy

Bandits are unregistered runners or walkers attempting to participate. Running without registration is not permitted. Please be sure to register for the Milo Swan Foundation 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk so that you can enjoy all that the race has to offer with a Bib Number as a registered participant.

🔄 Bib Number Transfer & Cancellation Policy

There are NO refunds of registration fees. Bib number transfers must be completed by November 12th. In the event of cancellation, your entry fee will be considered a donation to the Milo Swan Foundation.
