Our Fall session of coached workouts will be run on Wednesdays, September 25 - November 13 with Coach Michael McCormick. These workouts will be customized for all levels of running and are free with an active annual membership. The workouts start at 5:45PM, with individual warm up encouraged before at 5:30. The track may not be available, so please check your email for the weekly location of the workouts.
