Online registration: is closed. You can register in person beginning at 9am the day of the race.

- Highlighting Contributions: Black Excellence 5K highlights the positive contributions of African Americans in our society.
- Fundraising: Raises funds to support the North Shore Juneteenth Association, a nonprofit organization.
- Mission: Created to create awareness about the Juneteenth holiday and educate the broader community.
- Change Narrative: Aims to change the perceived narrative about Black Americans and dismantle racism.

- Multicultural Event: Continuing this multicultural event in its 7th year.
- Funding Allocation: Registration fees will go towards Juneteenth events and programming.
- Special Pricing: Special pricing for groups of 3 or more.
- Awards: Awards given to the top male and female finishers!
