Salisbury Bible Fellowship (1500 Court Plaza Ln) has again kindly provided their support and their facility for the race start and finish. They are located right on the course and are committing to making race day a day of service for their church!

🌟 Beneficiaries

This run/walk is in Tim's honor, with proceeds going, as Tim requested, to help children and animals. This year the proceeds will help:

• Team 360: Aiding people of different abilities to participate in athletic events.
• Coalition of Caring: Supporting animals in need through medical needs and adoptions.
• Scholarship Fund: Provided by the Eastern Shore Running Club.

🏅 Entry Fees

• 5k Run/Walk: $30 through 2/1/25, $35 from 2/2/25 through race week, $40 on race day (8 a.m. cutoff).
• 10 Miler: $60 through 2/1/25, $65 from 2/2/25 through race week, $70 on race day (8 a.m. cutoff).
• Universal Entry: Must be mailed by 2/17/25 to guarantee on-time arrival.

• COURSE: Beautiful course through the City of Salisbury, MD...USATF Certified.
• TIMING: Chip timing by Seashore Strider Event Production Inc.
• AMENITIES: Long sleeve t-shirts, pleasant course, awards, and a post-race celebration.
• PARKING: Ample parking available at Salisbury Bible Fellowship Church.

⏳ 10 Mile Time Limit

Please be aware of a two-hour and thirty-minute time limit for the 10-mile race, maintaining a reasonable pace of 15 minutes per mile to ensure the safety of all participants.

🏆 Awards

• Custom Awards: For male & female overall champions, masters, and top three finishers in age groups.
• Cash Awards: Overall top finishers in both events.
• Age Groups: Multiple age groups for both 5k and 10 mile events, with cash awards for masters and grand masters.

• WATER STOPS: Every 2 miles for the 10 miler and one stop for the 5k, plus ample water at the start/finish.

📦 Packet Pickup

• March 1, 2025: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Evo Public House, 201 East Vine St, Salisbury, MD 21801.
• March 2, 2025: 7:00 am - 8:00 am at the race start & finish area.

⚠️ Race Note

For runner safety, unregistered runners, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, baby joggers, and dogs are strictly prohibited on the 10-mile course. The 5k run/walk will allow baby joggers and well-behaved canines.
