The Spring Fling offers distances to suit every runner:

- 20K: The ultimate test for our most dedicated athletes.
👶 Kids Dash
We also have a Kids Dash for our little yetis aged 10 and under:

- Distance: Typically about a 50-meter dash.
- Non-timed Event: Focus on fun and participation.
- Special Recognition: Includes a tee shirt and medal for all finishers.

The Spring Fling will take place on April 12, 2025, in Fort Worth, TX:
- 6:30-7:45am: Packet Pickup.
- 7:55am: Kids Dash preparations.
- 8:00am: National Anthem and Race Start!
- Live Results: Available at the Registration tent after your finish!
