🏃♂️ Welcome to the Race
The Rowley Volunteer Fire Protection Association (RVFPA) is hosting its "2nd Annual Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk & Kids 1 Mile Fun Run". This event helps to raise funds for our Rowley Veterans. Veterans account for 6% of the Rowley population. We have 277 Male Veterans and 20 Female Veterans for a total of 297 Veterans living here in the Town of Rowley. Veterans are facing multiple challenges throughout their careers. Their enhanced training and advanced technologies have given them the ability to provide extreme medical care in the field which has allowed many active military members to be brought home. Due to some extensive injuries and long-term health effects, they will need more services in the future to enable their quality of life. The RVFPA hopes to raise enough funds to be able to assist our 297 Veterans here in the Town of Rowley.

- Date: November 9, 2024
- Time: Festivities begin at 09:00 a.m. and conclude around 1:00 p.m.
- 5K Run/Walk Start Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Kids 1 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 11:00 a.m.
Following the race, we will have food trucks for purchasing foods and beverages. Photo Booth Set-Up to create some race day memories! Come on down and enjoy the day, whether you are going to participate in one of the races or cheer on other community members, it will be an amazing time!

This donation will get the sponsor a FULL-COLOR print of YOUR LOGO on the race-day T-Shirt Giveaway for the participants and volunteers. You will also receive a Race Day T-Shirt to say thank you for your support.

We are in need of DONATIONS for the RAFFLES! If you are looking to donate a gift basket, gift card/certificate, hand-made gifts etc. please hit the QUESTIONS button at the bottom of the page and we can ARRANGE a drop-off TIME at the Rowley Fire Department: 473 Haverhill St, Rowley, MA 01969.
- Raffle Tickets: 1/$3, 2/$5, 5/$10 (Cash/Check/Venmo)
- Race Day T-Shirts: $20/each (limited quantities/sizing)
- ROWLEY ENGINE 2 Apparel: T-Shirts ($20) and Hoodies ($35)
- Food Trucks: Confirmed food trucks will include Fat Belly BBQ, Riverview Pizza, and Byfield Coffee Company.
🗺️ Course Details
The map for the 5K Run/Walk can be found here. The Kids 1 Mile Fun Run will remain on the Town Common for the safety of the children, starting on Summer St and running through the timing arch.
