This is the registration page for Xtra Mile Running's Spring & Fall intro to running sessions. The program is free to all, and there is a registration option to get a tee shirt each session, too. Read on to learn the basics before signing up.

- Goal: Complete a 5k upon completion of the program.

- Training Duration: A 10 week training program.
- Session Structure: Two days a week with Coach Diane.
- Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 9am.
- Approach: Start with run/walk and gait analysis while increasing your endurance every week.
