- Pre-Race Ceremony: 9:00 AM
- Award Ceremony: 11:00 AM - Plaques awarded to overall top male and female winners. Medals awarded to first 175 runners directly upon completion of the course.

The 5K Course (3.1 miles) course starts and finishes at Robert Tedford Memorial Park in Ellington.
