🏃♂️ Who We Are
- Program: Healthy Kids Running Series offers a five-week running program in spring and fall for kids from Pre-K through 8th grade.
- Events: Includes 50 & 75 yard dashes, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, and 1 mile run with point scoring based on finish.
💲 Pricing
- Coverage: Registration fee covers the entire five weeks, providing race bibs, runner shirt, finisher medal, and sponsor giveaways.
- Registration: Non-refundable and non-transferable: early bird registration increase three weeks before the first race.
🌟 Challenger Division
- Offer: Adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and special needs.
- Support: Allows for family support on course and the use of supportive devices like crutches and wheelchairs.
🗓️ Makeup Date
- Date: Makeup date for missed races is set for October 20, 2024.
🎽 Single Day Racing
- Registration: Opens one hour before the race with fees covering a single race, bib, and shirt (availability not guaranteed).
- Upgrades: Option available for single day racers to upgrade to the full series onsite.
🏅 Awards
- Medals: All participants receive a medal on Week 5.
- Trophies: Awarded to top finishers in each division - Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd & 3rd Grade, 4th & 5th Grade, 6th to 8th Grade, and Challenger.
