🔖 Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Cancelation Policy: All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.
• Extreme Weather: In the event of extreme weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to half an hour. Past this time, the event course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.
• Cancellation: If conditions turn into lightning, ice, or become unsafe, the event may be canceled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Weather Contingency: Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and only modify these plans due to safety concerns, some of which can be caused by weather conditions.
