Join us on February 17, 2025 (President's Day) for a 5K run/walk in Wellington's Village Park.
🏅 Event Details
- Finisher Medals: Every participant receives a medal.
- Race Shirts: Participants will get an official race shirt.
- Awards: 5 year age group awards will be presented.
- AccuChip Timing: Accurate timing for all runners.

- Beneficiary: All proceeds benefit the Equestrian Aid Foundation.
💲 Registration Fees
- 5K: $40 until December 31: $50 from January 1 until February 19.
- Kids Dash: $15 entry fee.
📦 Packet Pickup Information
All participants must pick up their packet prior to the race start.
📅 Early Packet Pickup
- Date: Saturday, February 15 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Location: Fit2Run at The Mall at Wellington Green.
- Contact: Direct all questions about packet pickup to madeleine@k2roadsports.com.
- Group Pickup: If picking up for more than 3 people, send names to madeleine@k2roadsports.com by 3 PM the day before pickup.
📅 Race Day Packet Pickup
- Date: Sunday, February 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (for Winter Equestrian Festival exhibitors only).
- Location: Wellington International, Exhibitors Services, 3400 Equestrian Club Dr., Wellington, FL 33414.
- Race Day Pickup: From 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM at the race site.
