This year's 24th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5k is at 8 AM on Saturday, November 1st! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida.
🕒 Registration Details
- Online Registration: Closes on October 30th at noon!
- In-Person Event: Available for both runners and non-runner supporters.

🎟️ Packet Pickup
- Date & Time: October 31st from 12 pm - 6 pm at Port Orange Hospice Care Center, 3800 Woodbriar Trl., Port Orange.
- Race Day Pickup: Starts at 6:30 am. Must pick up your bib by 7:50 am to be timed.

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall males and females and also the top 3 males and females in the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
