Halifax Health - Hospice 5K Run and Walk

This year's 23rd Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5k is at 8 AM on Saturday, November 2nd! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida.

🗓️ Registration Information

• Online Registration: Online registration for the in-person event and non-runner supporters closes on October 31 at noon!
• Packet Pickup: Packet Pickup will be at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on Friday, November 1 from 12 pm - 6 pm at 3800 Woodbriar Trl., Port Orange.
• Race Day Pickup: Race day packet pickup starts at 6:30 am. You must pick up your bib by 7:50 am if you would like to be timed.
• Shirt Shipping: If you choose to have a shirt mailed to you, it will be sent out the week of November 4 through the USPS. It will be an additional $7 for shipping.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall males and females and also the top 3 males and females in the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
