🏃‍♀️ 15th & Final Annual Erica's Run/Walk & Kids 1k FunRun

The Erica Pombrio Foundation was established in 2010 in memory of Erica Pombrio who tragically lost her life to Lipo Sarcoma cancer at the young age of 23 in 2009. Erica's Run was created by her mother, Lisa Spinney, to honor Erica's memory and support families in the local Southern NH area, raising nearly $225,000 and aiding over 60 families.

Erica's wish during her battle with cancer was to assist others facing the disease. The 15th & Final Annual Erica's Run to Strikeback Against Cancer on September 28, 2024, will be a day for fun, laughter, and remembrance of Erica Nicole and all the angels who have fought cancer.

📅 Event Details and Schedule

Erica's 5k Run covers a 3.1-mile flat course starting at Merrimack High School, with 3 loops from McElwain Drive to Baboosic Lake Road to O'Gara Drive. The Kids 1k FunRun is a straight 1k run up and back on a section of O'Gara Drive, with parents encouraged to run alongside their children.

Race packets can be picked up from 5-7 pm on the day before the race at Strikeback Dynamic Defense Systems (458 DW Highway Merrimack) or starting at 7:30 am on race day at Merrimack High School.

🕒 Schedule of Events

7:30 am: Race Registration begins.

9 am: Greetings and Remembrance of Our Angel, Erica and all of our angels, Kids 1k FunRun, and immediate awarding of prizes.

5k Erica’s Run/Walk to Strikeback Against Cancer.

Raffle Prizes generously donated by local businesses, various vendor tables, music, and refreshments throughout the morning!
