Ride for Liv / Run for Liv

🏅 Event Overview

Live for Liv is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization honoring Olivia Marchand, just 17 years old who lost her life tragically to an incidence of domestic violence in 2010.

The Ride for Liv/Run for Liv celebrates Olivia's life and raises awareness of domestic violence in our communities.

📍 Event Location

The event is held at the 4H Fairground in Westford and has:

• Bike routes: 23 mile ride along the scenic back roads of Westford, Chelmsford, Concord, Carlisle, Groton, and Acton.
• Running options: A 5K and 10K run along a portion of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.
• Family Fun: A 1 mile Family Fun Run for the family and pets to enjoy.
• Inclusivity: There is truly something for everyone at this event!

💖 Purpose of the Event

All proceeds raised from the event will be used to help survivors of domestic violence.

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will begin at 8:00 am on the morning of the race.

🙌 Donations & Sponsorships

This year, as a runner you can also sign up to raise additional money for Live for Liv Foundation. Sponsors will receive:

• Recognition: On signage, in media publicity at the event, and on the Live for Liv website with your logo.
• Visibility: Sponsors will also be recognized by level of donation on tee shirts given to the first 300 participants at the event.

🎉 Post-Race Activities

Family and pet friendly events are happening during and following the events, such as:

• Raffle Tickets: Purchase tickets for prizes.
• Merchandise: Live for Liv merchandise will be available: bring cash and/or credit card.
• Food: There will be lunch available to purchase from Dragon Fly Restaurant.
• Treats: Donated Kimball's Ice Cream will be available.
