This is a fun and unique local trail running event with combined wide trails and single-track trails for all skill levels.

🌟 Trail Events

• 5k Trail Walk/Run: 1 lap on wide gravel and grass trails
• 10k Trail Run: 1 lap on wide grass gravel and dirt single track: no major water crossings
• Half Marathon Trail Run: 2 laps of the 10k course: no major water crossings
• Dog & Stroller Policy: Only the 5K walk/run permits dogs and strollers

⚠️ Event Conditions

• Cancellation Reasons: Cancellations by a government agency, extreme inclement weather (lightning, high winds, hail)
• Health Guidelines: Subject to Pennsylvania government and health department regulations
• Post-Race Refreshments: Waffles, sausage, local fruits, and prepackaged snacks
• Timing: On-site timer with results posted online within minutes

⏰ Race Start & Timing

• Start Time: All events begin at 7:30 AM, using a "Soft Start or Rolling Start"
• RF Chipped Bibs: Bibs are Radio Frequency chipped and read at both the start and finish
• Results Calculation: Based on recorded chip times from start to finish
• Note: Participants cannot change events on the race day

🚰 Water Stations & Facilities

• Water Stations: Self-serve only, manned for restocking
• Porta Potties: Available at the event
• Social Distancing: “Soft Start” to spread out participants
• Official Start & Finish Lines: Both equipped with RF sensors

📍 Course Information

• 5K Course: One lap around the reservoir, unflagged for most of the course
• 10k & Half Marathon Course: Fully flagged with caution tape in confusing areas
• Course Tear-Down: Begins at 11:30 AM: flags and tape must be removed within 48 hours
• Registration: Must be done online: same-day bibs available on-site (cash only)
