Overview: Join us for a professional approach to running and track & field training on Wednesday evenings at Mater Dei Track.
Program: This comprehensive workout program, designed for adults and youth of all skill levels, includes warm-up techniques, dynamic drills, endurance and speed training, strength training, flexibility, and mindfulness!
Group Structure: The adult and youth groups will be separate, ensuring a focused and effective training environment.
Eligibility: This program is for beginners, intermediate, and advanced runners. All adult club members work out for free. You don't need to register.
📍 LOCATION & TIME
Venue: Mater Dei Track, 358 Church Street, Middletown
Option 1: 12 sessions for $60 (train 1 day weekly from January 8 - March 26)
Option 2: 6 sessions for $40 (train when you can from January 8 - March 26)
Option 3: 12 training sessions and 3 indoor races for $100 (train 1 day weekly and race at Monmouth University Showcase Indoor T&F Meets)

Option 1: 12 sessions for $60 (train 1 day weekly from April 2 to June 25)

Option 3: 12 training sessions and 3 outdoor races for $100 (train 1 day weekly and race at All-Comers T&F Meets at Ranney School)
👨🏫 MEET THE COACHES
Coach Joe Compagni: Will run the adult sessions. He has 24 years of experience and is a multiple Coach of the Year award winner.
Coach Erin O'Neill: Will lead the youth sessions. She is a USA Track & Field certified coach and has been involved with the Shore A.C. for seven years.
