The 5th Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina will be held on Saturday morning, October 19th at 8:00 am.
📅 Painful Packet Pick-up Schedule
- Thursday: 12:00 to 5:30 pm at Uwharrie Dash
- Friday: 12:00 to 5:30 pm at Uwharrie Dash
- Saturday: 7:00 am in the park on Pine Street across from Badin United Methodist Church in Badin. (18 Hickory St. Badin, NC 20009)
- Race Start: 8:00 am
🏅 Awards and Prizes
- Overall Awards: Top male and female overall winners
- Age Group Medals: Available 2 deep in categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+
- Course: A down and back route with a water station at the Narrows Dam
- Virtual Option: If you can’t make it to the race, a DAM Virtual Race is available?
🎽 The DAM Race Swag
You will get a DAM long-sleeve t-shirt for running the DAM race. Run fast enough, and you will receive a DAM medal.
- Registration Deadline: To guarantee a race shirt on race day, you must register by 10/14.
- Post-Race Shirts: If there are no available shirts after this date, additional shirts will be printed after the race.
