- Family Teams: Compete in teams where all participants must be in the same division for awards.
- Untimed Fun Run: A less intense option is available for those opting for the 1 Mile Fun Run.
- Family-Friendly: Open to all who support women — awards are for the ladies only.
👶 Kids’ Participation
- 200-Meter Kids Run: Begins just before the adult events.
- All Earn Medals: Kids receive a finisher’s medal after completing the run.
- Free for Kids: All kids 10 and under race free with a paid adult.
- Post-Race Festivities: Fun activities for the kids to enjoy after the race.
