🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 6:30 AM: Marathon Walkers (WALKERS ONLY) - Not Eligible For Awards
• 7:15 AM: Marathon, Half Marathon & Marathon Relay Starts
• 7:30 AM: 5K Starts
• 11:30 AM: Half Marathon Award Ceremony

💰 Registration Fees

Extra Early Bird Registration Fees (Through July 31st):

• Full Marathon: $100.00
• 2-Person Marathon Relay: $160
• Half Marathon: $90.00
• 5K: $30

Early Bird Registration Fees (August 1st through September 30th):

• Full Marathon: $110.00
• 2-Person Marathon Relay: $170
• Half Marathon: $100.00
• 5K: $35

Regular Pre-Registration Fees (October 1st through November 9th):

• Full Marathon: $120.00
• 2-Person Marathon Relay: $180
• Half Marathon: $110.00
• 5K: $40

Race Day Registration Fees (Race Day - November 10th):

• Full Marathon: $130.00
• 2-Person Marathon Relay: $200
• Half Marathon: $130.00
• 5K: $50

🔄 Refunds and Transfers

• No Refunds: Refunds are not available under any circumstances.- No Exceptions
• Deferral: Deferral to next year's event through October 1st: otherwise, please consider your registration fee as a donation.
• Race Changes: Race distance changes are subject to an admin fee.
• Packet Pickup: November 10th from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Runners may also pick up their packets on race day starting 1 hour before their race at RACE SITE.

Results will be posted live at www.coxracingservices.com. All award winners can pick up their awards at the event site during the event or at Luke's Locker in Fort Worth the following week.

🎉 Drawing Prizes

• $750: to a "Lucky Full Marathon Finisher" or a "Lucky Marathon Relay Team"
• $500: to a "Lucky Half Marathon Finisher"
• $250: to a "Lucky 5K Finisher"

Must finish the race by Noon to be included in the drawing.
