- Scenic Beauty: Sunset Beach is a beautiful coastal island in SE North Carolina.
- Amenities: Enjoy a beautiful waterfront park, shaded golf course communities, an incredible bridge over the intracoastal waterway and unforgettable oceanfront views on the island!
- Events Offered: We host a half marathon, 5K & 1 Mile in April.
- Climate: Average temperatures are a High 67 and a Low of 59.

- 6:45am: Half Marathon
- 7:00am: 10K & 5K
- 8:30am: 1 Mile

- Unique Medals: Over the years we’ve had surfboard, flip flop, glass, lockets, artistic connecting medals, a pirate theme, mosaic designs, and much more.
- Change It Up: We change it up each year to bring unique medals but this year might top them all.
