Weymouth Woods 25K/50K Trail Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Weymouth Woods 25k/50k will be held on April 19, 2025 at Weymouth Woods - Sandhills Nature Preserve. The race will be held on a course consisting of trails filled with roots and sand covered by a canopy of long leaf pine trees.

🍹 Aid Stations

• Well Stocked: A well stocked aid station will be at the start/finish.
• Cupless Event: This is a cupless event. Runners must provide their own bottles, flasks, reusable cups, etc.
• Personal Setup: Runners will have plenty of room to set up small personal aid stations/chairs/drop bags if needed.

🎽 Race Benefits

• T-Shirts: All runners will receive a t-shirt and all finishers will receive a finisher's medal.
• No Mailing: T-shirts will not be mailed if a runner does not attend the event.
• Refund Policy: There will be no refunds, and deferments will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Timing: Clockwork Race Timing will provide electronic timing.

🌲 Registration Details

• Deadline: Runners must register by March 8th to be guaranteed their shirt size.
• Size Guarantee: We will do our best to get runners who register after that date the shirt size of their choosing but we will not be able to guarantee it.
• Proceeds: All proceeds from this event will be donated to Friends of Weymouth Woods.

😷 COVID Guidelines

In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order #210, dated April 29, 2021, outdoor gatherings are restricted to 200 people. Should the field increase to exceed that number, additional guidelines will be listed here, and an e-mail will be sent out to all registered participants. Additionally, the same Order also specified that face masks are not required for outdoor activities. We will update any further changes to those guidelines as they occur.
