Friend to Friend proudly presents our 9th annual Rock N Run 5k!

🏃‍♂️ Run or Spectate

• Entertainment: Whether you're running it or you're just looking for some entertainment, the Rock n' Run 5k satisfies all.
• Musical Experience: If you're running the 5K, ditch the headphones for this one! Music will be played at the start line.
• Celebration: The race culminates with a beer and concert at the finish line.

🎶 Festivities

• Cheer on Runners: If fitness isn't your forte, come out for the festivities.
• Live Music: Listen to some tunes and get inspired to sign up next year.
• Family Friendly: This event is family friendly with activities for children, live music, and food trucks.
• Community Support: Support sexual assault awareness and bring the whole family out to have fun!

Registrations on or before 4/1 will be guaranteed a t-shirt. All registrations after that date will receive a shirt if available.
