Julia's Run for Children

• Venue: Edgewood Park in the Westville section of New Haven, CT
• History: Designed in 1910 by Frederick Law Olmsted JR.
• Accessibility: Conveniently located just off Whalley Ave
• Scenery: A scenic park with rich history and beautiful landscapes

Course Details

• Course Type: 5K and one mile courses on park roads
• Route: Runs alongside the West River and park ponds
• Safety: Participants will enjoy a safe, quiet route with NO cars

• Date: April 26, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 AM for all 5K and one mile events
• Registration: Opens at 8:30 AM (online only)
• Awards Ceremony: Scheduled for 10:45 AM or earlier

Registration Information

• Registration Method: Online only, no paper entries or cash
• Pricing: $28-35 for adults depending on date: $20 for youth under 18
• Kids Fun Run: $5 for kids aged 10 and under
• Shirt Guarantee: Guaranteed size until April 16
