• Charity Focus: All proceeds will be donated to the Fairfield Police Union Scholarship Fund & the Fairfield Police Foundation.
• Course Options: You can run (3.1 miles) or walk (.8 mile) course.

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Summer Spectacular: Get ready for the best night of the summer!
• Participation: We will be raising the bar and will accept over 1000 runners & walkers.
• Scenic Course: All abilities are invited to run our 3.1 mile scenic & flat course or walk our .8 mile course.
• Event Amenities: Enjoy t-shirts, food trucks, treats, fluids, and adult beverages.

⚠️ Registration Information

• No Day-of Registrations: THERE WILL NOT BE ANY RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS IF WE SELL OUT (and we do expect to sell out!).
• Timing: The 5K distance is a computer chip-timed event. You may run or walk in this event but must complete the entire distance or be disqualified.
• Untimed Walk: The .8 mile walk is NOT timed - there are no awards, but starts at the same time & location as the 5K.

💰 Pricing Details

• $35: ALL AGES in the 5K for the first 200 registered.
• $40: ALL AGES in the 5K from registrants 201 - 600.
• $45: ALL AGES in the 5K for registrants from 601 - 1000 on race day IF NOT SOLD OUT.
• $35 Flat Fee: ALL AGES in the .8 mile untimed walk.

🍔 Food and Drink Information

• $15 Food Truck Ticket: For non-registered only. Must be done by 6 pm on July 16th.
• Included: Pre-Registered participants in the 5K & one-mile walk do NOT need to buy a food ticket.

📅 Important Dates

• March 8: Registration opens.
• June 13: Shirt size guarantee ends.
• July 14: Early bib/shirt pick-up at Marathon Sports, Post Rd in Fairfield.
• July 16: Bib/shirt pickup at the Registration Tent at Jennings Beach from 4:45pm to 6:15pm.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

• Trophies: First place trophies and prizes for overall male & female champions.
• Gift Cards: Awards to top 3 in age groups.
• No Awards: There are NO awards for the .8 mile walk - it is non-competitive.

🚦 Course and Safety

• Course Map: New 5k course starting on Fairfield Beach Rd.
• Chip Timing: Your chip time starts when you cross the start line.
• Safety Preparation: Please prepare for a safe start to avoid crowding.

❤️ Charity and Donations

• Donation Details: There is a 1000-person limit, but donations to charity partners are welcome.
• Scholarship Fund: Awards to the children of Fairfield Officers and students at public high schools.
• Foundation Mission: To support the Fairfield Police Department’s needs beyond the municipal budget.
