💰 Fundraising Requirements

In addition to the initial registration fee to reserve your bib with A Running Passion, the following fundraising minimums apply:

• WALT DISNEY WORLD® 5K: $500 (covers race registration fee)
• WALT DISNEY WORLD® 10K: $600 (covers race registration fee)
• WALT DISNEY WORLD® Half Marathon: $800 (covers race registration fee)
• WALT DISNEY WORLD® Marathon: $900 (covers race registration fee)
• WALT DISNEY WORLD® Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge: $1000 (covers race registration fee)
• WALT DISNEY WORLD® Dopey Challenge: $1250 (covers race registration fee)

📅 Important Fundraising Dates

• 10%: due 7 days after initial registration
• 25%: due 30 days after initial registration
• 50%: due June 1, 2024
• 75%: due August 1, 2024
• 100%: due by October 1, 2024

🔄 Refund and Transfer Policies

Refund Policy

We want to be flexible and realize that life changes and injuries happen. However, your initial registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any fundraising that you complete is non-refundable.

Deferral Policy

Deferrals are allowed from the date of registration through October 1st. Once a deferral is requested, your decision is final.

Event Transfer Policy

• Must be requested prior to October 1st.
• Participant has not completed runDisney registration.
• Available bib for the new event.
• No runners on the waitlist for the event.

Bib Transfer Policy

• Requested prior to October 1.
• Participant has not completed runDisney registration.
• No runners on the waitlist for the corresponding event.
• Any fundraising completed will not be refunded but can be transferred.
