- Heat Selection: Runners can choose their preferred heat based on average speed.
- Heat #1: Fastest runners (15-20 minutes 5k), limited to 30 participants.
- Heat #2: Intermediate runners (20-27 minutes 5k), limited to 75 participants.
- Heat #3: Open to any level willing to embrace the chaos!
