• Location: Nichols Park in Jacksonville (off Vandalia St.), please use the NE entrance to the park.
• Date: July 4, 2025
• Registration Time: 6:30 AM
• Race Start: 7:30 AM - 5K run & walk, 8:15 AM - Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run (12 & Under)

📅 Event Schedule

• Wednesday, July 2: Bib Pickup at The Springfield Running Center (2943 West White Oaks Drive) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Thursday, July 3: Bib Pickup at CNB Bank & Trust in Jacksonville (1211 W. Morton) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Race Day Pickup: 6:30 a.m. at Nichols Park

• 5K Awards: Top 2 male and female finishers overall and masters.
• Age Categories: Awards for 13 & under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
• Fun Run Awards: All finishers will receive an award.
• Special Recognition: Celebrate all achievements!

• Registration Deadline: Please register by June 27 to guarantee a shirt and desired size.
• Final Confirmation: Ensure your info is accurate at the time of registration.
• Collection: T-shirt will be provided on race day.
• Style: Participants will enjoy a commemorative race shirt!

⚠️ Delay/Cancellation Policy

• Weather Policy: The race will be held regardless of inclement weather.
• Safety First: Race directors reserve the right to delay or cancel the race if safety becomes a concern.
• Non-Refundable: Participant registration fees are non-refundable.
• Charitable Contribution: In case of cancellation, consider your fee a donation to Prairieland United Way: you will still receive your T-shirt and be eligible for prizes.
