🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The 14th annual Race for Freedom is a 5K run/walk organized by ICT S.O.S. to benefit the fight against human trafficking. This year's Race for Freedom will be an in-person and virtual event on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, and will benefit ICT S.O.S.

💰 Impact of Previous Events

• Funds Raised: Over $250,000 in the first 13 years.
• Beneficiary Agencies: Supported 9 local direct service agencies in Wichita.
• Resource Allocation: Funds have improved facilities and provided additional services.
• Educational Initiatives: Support for "Not Alone: Exploitation Awareness" programming since 2021.

♿ Adaptive Sports Participation

We’re thrilled to once again partner with Wichita Adaptive Sports. We welcome athletes in the following categories:

• Youth Wheelchair Division: Inclusive category for young athletes.
• Adult Wheelchair Division: Opportunities for adult athletes to participate.
• Youth Ambulatory Para-Athletes: For young athletes with physical disabilities.
• Adult Ambulatory Para-Athletes: For adult athletes with physical disabilities.

Funds raised through the registration of para-athletes will be donated to Wichita Adaptive Sports to further their mission of making running events and other sports more accessible to more people of all abilities in our community.
