🎉 Run Like a Fool 5K and Kids' Run

Run Like A Fool is a fun and festive 5K held annually around April Fools' Day in Olympia. What wacky costume will you bring to the starting line?

🏃‍♂️ Race Course

• Scenic Route: The course is flat and fast with two laps around scenic Capitol Lake.
• Registration Limit: The Donut Dash 5K sold out, so be sure to register now to secure your spot.
• Capacity: The race is limited to 300 in the 5k and 150 kids.

📝 Registration

• Regular Fee: $35 – Regular Registration.
• Late Fees: $40 -- April 6 -12, 2025: $45 -- Race Day, April 13.
• Membership Discount: Club Oly Members receive $5 off at checkout.
• Group Discount: Groups of 4 receive $10 off per person: groups of 5 or more receive $13 off per person.

Kids' Run (12 and under): Free.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Fleet Feet from 1 to 4 pm. Location: 3405 Capitol Blvd SE, Olympia, WA 98501.
• Managed By: Packet pickup is managed by Club Oly members: please do not arrive early.
• Alternative Pickup: Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 7:30 to 8:30 AM at Heritage Park by the start line.
• Registration Availability: If the race has not sold out, day-of registration will be available online until 8:30 am. No cash will be accepted.

📅 Day of Race Details

• Packet Pickup: 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
• Gear Check: 8:50 am: Gear check closes. Bags must be labeled with your bib number.
• Kids' Race: 8:45 am.
• Main Race Start: ~9:00: 5K Race.
• Awards: 10:00 am: Top 3 overall male, female and nonbinary and top 3 in each age group (10 year intervals) will receive awards.

Raffle prize winners will be posted on the white board. Be sure to check to see if you won a prize. We will also be giving out awards for the top 3 wackiest costumes/outfits. Results will be available immediately after the race online.
