Fall Frolic

Frolic your way through a 5K, 5 mile or kids run starting and finishing at Heritage Park in Olympia, WA.

The course is a flat and fast around the lake with an out and back portion. Families, strollers, walkers are welcome.

📝 Registration

5K or 5 Mile:

• Early registration: $35 per person
• Late registration: $40 (9/29/2025 through 10/4/2025)
• Day-of registration: $45
• Discount: Club Oly Members receive $5 off with club code at checkout.

Groups:

• 4 or more: $10 off per person
• 5 or more: $13 off per person
• Note: Group registrations are not eligible for the member discount.
• Kids Dash: Free (12 and under only)

Register early to guarantee your swag and to avoid the price increase.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Saturday, 10/4/2025: 1 to 4 pm at Fleet Feet
• Sunday, 10/5/2025: 7:30 to 8:30 am at the packet pickup tent in Heritage Park.

🗓 Race Day Schedule of Events

• 7:30 to 8:30 am: Packet pickup
• 8:45 am: Kids Frolic (distance will be about 1 mile)
• 9:00 am: 5 mile race starts
• 9:05 am: 5K race starts

10:00 am: Awards for 5K race

10:15 am: Awards for 5 mile race

Awards for Top 3 overall men and women 5K and 5 mile and top 3 in age group. Age groups are every 10 years.
